What is Revenue and Business Law?

Revenue and Business Law gives CITG candidates the legal grounding to advise clients on the structure of their business, their legal obligations, and the revenue law framework. A tax adviser who understands company law, partnership law, and financial regulation is better equipped to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
